Born in Jerusalem in 1987, Cohen has always gravitated towards vibrant food, cultures and communities. After moving to Australia in 2003, he began to establish his own brand – owning and operating four Sydney restaurants, hosting sold-out pop-up food events and creatively collaborating with industry-leaders around the country. When he’s not cooking, eating or curating a new project, you’ll find Cohen with a camera in hand, capturing the sun-baked islands of Capri or tahini-lined street markets of Tel Aviv.
