About

Jude Cohen is a Sydney-based photographer, creative director, and storyteller whose journey began long before he ever picked up a camera. After nearly a decade working in the hospitality world, surrounded by chefs, restaurateurs, and the rituals of food, he developed a deep understanding of atmosphere, detail, and human connection. That grounding shaped the visual language he’s now known for: cinematic, emotional, and rooted in authenticity.

What started behind the pass in restaurants evolved into a career behind the lens. Jude’s work has since been exhibited internationally, published across print and digital platforms, and collected in private homes and galleries from New York to Berlin. His upcoming coffee-table book, *Jude Cohen: 10 Years of Photography*, distills a decade of travel, food, and culture into a body of work that celebrates both imperfection and beauty, an intimate visual memoir of the places and people that shaped him.

Alongside his personal practice, Jude leads Cohen Media, a boutique creative studio specialising in high-end photography, film, and brand storytelling for hospitality, travel, and lifestyle clients. His approach blurs the lines between art and commerce, bringing a sense of craft and soul to every campaign, from quiet portraits to large-scale productions. Whether through a photograph, a film, or a meal shared, Jude’s work continues to explore what it means to create and to feel deeply.
